Past Editions

project overview
Past Editions introduced a new e-commerce experience to the Zero Motorcycles website, giving customers a dedicated place to browse previous model-year bikes and move directly toward purchase. Created ahead of a major product launch and without a supporting marketing budget, the project provided Zero’s Sales team with a fast, visually cohesive way to improve discoverability and move aging inventory.

I led the project from initial scoping through design, development, analytics, QA, and production release. To deliver the MVP within four weeks, I repurposed an existing headless Shopify integration and built a new storefront experience that included a filterable model grid, redesigned navigation, expanded product pages, CMS-driven specifications, and Ekho checkout integration. The experience generated more than 6,500 page views and nine purchase initiations in its first month, becoming one of the ten most-viewed page types on the U.S. site without a paid marketing push.
